Orders placed before 09:00 PM GMT +05:30 Indian Standard Time (New Delhi, Mumbai) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time:

All orders, regardless of the shipping method, have a handling time of 2 days. This includes order processing, packaging, and dispatch.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time specified for each shipping method is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs delays or extreme weather conditions. Generally, delivery time is estimated to be 5-7 days.

Change of Address:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team at support@snapmart.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations:

For order cancellations, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team at support@snapmart.com.au. Once an order is processed and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged Products:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at support@snapmart.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate the resolution process.

Return & Refund

How to Initiate Your Return:

Step 1: Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the bottom of this page and click "Send."

Step 2: You will receive instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.

Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Return Labels: For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Simply print the label and attach it to the return package. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service.

Item Not Arrived:

If your item has not been delivered within 14 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at support@snapmart.com.au providing your order number.

Items that are excluded from the return or refund policy:

  • Used or Altered Products: Returns and refunds may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or has been altered in any way.
  • Damaged Products Due to Customer Handling: Instances where the customer is responsible for product damage through mishandling may not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Products Without Original Packaging: Some platforms require products to be returned in their original packaging; failure to do so might impact eligibility for returns or refunds.
  • Specific Categories or Products: Certain products or categories may have restrictions on returns, such as personal care items, perishables, or customized products.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return or refund, as communicated in the terms of purchase.

Time Limit for Returns: Many e-commerce platforms set specific time frames for initiating returns; exceeding this window might result in the rejection of return requests.

Non-Returnable Products: Certain products, inherently non-returnable by nature (e.g., digital goods, gift cards, hygiene-related items), may be clearly stated as such in the policy.

Promotional or Discounted Items: Terms for returns and refunds on items acquired during promotional or discounted sales may have unique conditions, and customers should be aware of these nuances.

Faulty Items/Broken Items: You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any faulty or broken items. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To report faulty or broken items, please send an email to  support@snapmart.com.au detailing your concern and attach pictures and/or videos clearly displaying the issue. Our team will review these materials within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. Please note that the damaged or faulty item must be returned to us as per the instructions provided in the email.

Order Cancellation: We offer a full refund to your original payment method if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket in the section below. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days, depending on your credit card company, to process the refund. If you miss the cancellation window, you can set up a return or exchange and send the item back once it arrives.

Return/Exchange Process: All return/exchange items must be returned in unworn, undamaged, unwashed condition, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging. Failure to do so may result in additional fees, and no refund will be issued. You may choose either an exchange if the item is in stock or a refund.

Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about products purchased from our online store, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products purchased from our online store can be returned by the customer within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
  • The returned items must not include earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples, customized/personalized items, gift cards, or Cotton On Body Self Love items (due to hygiene reasons).
  • All items must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original tags/labels attached).
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges, which will be used solely for processing the return.
  • Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
  • Shipping costs may be refunded for faulty items only if the entire order is being returned, and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

In Case of Damaged on Arrival/Incorrect or Wrong Item(s): You have 14 business days upon receipt of your order to notify us about any damaged on arrival, incorrect, or wrong items received. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To report these issues, please send an email to support@snapmart.com.au, including pictures and pictures and/or videos of the item(s) clearly showing the problem. Our team will review these materials within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. Please note that the damaged or incorrect item(s) must be returned to us as per the instructions provided in the email.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
