1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

4. Can I leave special delivery instructions?
We currently don’t support special instructions at checkout, but you can leave directions directly with the courier once you receive your tracking information.

5. Will all items arrive together?
Where possible, yes. But depending on availability, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment if this happens.


🛍️ Orders & Changes

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. If something’s not right, you can use our easy return process once it arrives.

7. Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
We’re unable to change addresses once the order is placed. However, some couriers allow address changes after dispatch through their tracking portal.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Returns are completely free.

9. How do I return an item?
Visit our [Returns Page] and enter your order details to generate a return label. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest return point.

10. Can I exchange my order?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred style or size.

11. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

12. How do I know my correct shoe size?
Check our size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we’ll help you find your perfect fit.

13. Do your shoes run true to size?
Most of our styles are true to size, but we’ll mention any specific fit advice (like narrow or wide fit) in the product description.

14. Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes. All our footwear is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, reach out with your order number and photos.

15. What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
We’re here to help. Contact us right away with your order number and images — we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
