1. How to Measure Foot Length

Place a piece of paper against a wall on a hard, flat floor.

Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.

Mark the tip of your longest toe.
-
Measure from the wall to the mark — this is your foot length.

Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement if there’s a difference

3. Measure Foot Width

Trace your foot on paper.

Measure across the widest part of the tracing.

Use the larger width if both feet differ

Measure both feet and select the larger.
